Reservation Policy
All bookings made have to be paid in advance before the check-in date at least one month.

Cancellation
1.If notification of cancellation is received after payment is done and before 7 working day
(not including Sat ,Sun & Public holidays) prior to check - in date .There will be no cancelation charge
except for a credit card processing fee 5 %.
2. If notification of cancellation is received less than 7 working days (not including Sat ,Sun & Public holidays)
prior to check - in date. A credit card processing fee of 5 % PLUS one night room charge will be levied.
NOTE : Cancellation for high season (November - April ) is required at least 14 working days
(not including Sat ,Sun & Public holidays) prior to check - in date . Otherwise there will be 1 night charge
for late cancellation.
